In memory of Paul Hanerfeld, the founding chairman of Republicans of Maryland Legislative District 15, who urged its growth and development, the LD-15 PAC, which he also instituted, has established a scholarship fund to enable high school and college-age students to attend training programs of the Leadership Institute and in so doing learn new skills to advance the Republican party.

Interested students, who are resident in the district, attend school or college in the district or have worked on campaigns in the district are invited to apply for a Hanerfeld Scholarship using the form printed below.

The Leadership Institute provides conservatives with the basic tools needed to run winning campaigns through courses especially designed for young Republicans. For more information about the Leadership Institute: click here.

In making the Leadership Institute’s knowledge and skills available to a new generation of Republicans we hope to perpetuate Paul Hanerfeld’s work by nurturing the LD-15 organization he founded.
